Justin Erickson is Chairman & CEO of Harbor Foods, a regional food distribution company serving over 8,000 restaurants, convenience stores, and grocers on the West Coast. Under his leadership, Harbor has expanded significantly—launching Harbor Foodservice, acquiring major competitors, and winning accolades including Washington’s Best Workplaces and Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

Justin is the great-grandson of Harbor’s founder and currently leads strategic planning, culture, and executive development across the enterprise. Outside work, he enjoys skiing, boating, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two children.
