The HBS Alumni Club of Seattle is partnering with Anthropic and HBS alum Adam Burgh to host a hands-on workshop to help alumni develop their own personal operating system in Claude Cowork.

Claude Cowork for MBA Alumni: Build Your Personal OS

When: Tuesday, November 10 — doors at 5:30pm, workshop 6:00-8:30pm

Where: Washington 1000 — 1000 Olive Way, Seattle (paid parking at the convention center across the street)

Cost: FREE. Seating is limited to 50, first-come among confirmed guests.

Register: https://luma.com/claude-mba

In one evening, you will:

  1. Build an about-me.md file so Claude knows who you are

  2. Create a skill that writes in your voice and avoids AI slop

  3. Set up a daily scheduled task that reads your calendar and blocks travel time around appointments

  4. Preview Duet, Claude’s always-on assistant

  5. Build their own skill or scheduled task, with a chance to demo it to the room

Food and drinks are served at 5:30, and networking follows the wrap-up. Every attendee receives $50 in Anthropic API credits.

IMPORTANT: you must have a paid Claude account (plans start at $20/month) to attend the workshop, as it is required to use Cowork.

WHO’S INVITED

  • HBS alumni (all programs)

  • IvyPlus alumni (Stanford, Wharton, Booth, Columbia, MIT, etc.)

  • Harvard undergrad/grad alumni

Registration requires approval and verification of school affiliation.
